The Kalorex Group of Schools marked the 12th International Day of Yoga with a series of engaging and thoughtfully curated activities across its institutions. Delhi Public School-Bopal, Kalorex Future School Ghatlodia, and Kalorex Future School East participated in the celebrations, highlighting a shared commitment to holistic well-being and encouraging students to embrace yoga as a way of life.
Across all the campus, students and educators participated in thoughtfully curated yoga sessions designed to promote physical fitness, mental clarity, and emotional balance. The celebrations featured guided Yogasanas and Pranayama exercises, encouraging students to build flexibility, strength, concentration, and inner awareness through regular practice.
At Kalorex Future School Ghatlodia, the two-day celebration engaged students from Pre-Primary to Grade 10 through campus yoga sessions with around 90 students, parents, and community members fostered wellness and unity and a special assembly featuring synchronised asanas and a yoga dance by Grade 10.
Delhi Public School-Bopal marked the day with a collective yoga session for Junior and Senior School students, where guided postures and breathing exercises reinforced discipline, mindfulness, and a balanced lifestyle.
Kalorex Future School East observed the occasion with guided yoga sessions, encouraging students to integrate wellness practices into daily life from an early age.
The celebrations concluded with a collective pledge by students and educators to integrate yoga into their daily routines and work towards building a healthier, more mindful society. Through such initiatives, the institutions continue to emphasise holistic education that goes beyond academics and nurtures well-rounded individuals prepared for the future.
