Management Commentary

Mr. Vineet Agarwal, Managing Director, Transport Corporation of India Ltd. commented, as India’s consumption and trade flows expand, TCI’s integrated model of road, rail, coastal, warehousing and technology continues to prove its strength. A diversified portfolio, deep customer relationships and reliable, technology-led supply-chain solutions at scale are helping us serve customers as their needs evolve.

We are seeing healthy traction across 3PL, warehousing and multimodal logistics, with rail, road and coastal movement enabling efficient, lower-emission long-haul transportation. Our expanding network of warehouses and hubs positions us well for fast-growing channels such as e-commerce, quick commerce and omni-channel retail.

Technology remains at the core of how we grow. Through ULIP-enabled digital integration, we are giving customers real-time visibility and data-driven supply-chain solutions, while scaling AI-led forecasting, route optimisation and automation to improve service quality, asset productivity and cost efficiency.

As festive-season demand builds across consumption-led sectors, we see a constructive outlook for the coming quarters. TCI will keep investing in multimodal infrastructure, digital capabilities and green logistics to create lasting value for our customers and stakeholders.
