Speaking about the initiative, Bhavesh Lakhani, President, Vishwa Gujarati Samaj, said, “Growing a few vegetables at home may look like a small step, but when thousands of people participate, the impact can be significant. Through ‘Harit Ghar – Swasth Samaj’, we want to encourage people to understand the value of growing food and adopting healthier and more sustainable practices. The initiative is also an opportunity to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday by taking a positive step towards a greener society.”
