Morari Bapu’s Tributes and Assistance to Those who Died while Flying Kites

Gujarat, Ahmedabad 16 January 2025: A number of people tragically lose their lives while flying kites, either due to falling from the terrace or due to other accidents, during the festival of Uttarayan each year. This year, several lives were also lost due to the kite strings slitting the victims’ throats.

According to reports, three people lost their lives in kite-flying related incidents in Rajkot. A young man died after kite string slit his throat in Bedla village. In another incident, a youth from Jungleshwar fell off a terrace while flying kites and succumbed to injuries. Similarly, a young boy from Jamnagar also fell off the terrace and passed away. In Mahuva, a construction worker lost his life during this festive period.

These unfortunate incidents have led to immense grief. Renowned spiritual leader and Ramcharitmanas exponent Morari Bapu has paid heartfelt tributes to those who lost their lives in these incidents and expressed his deepest condolences to their families. He has extended financial assistance of Rs. 15,000 to the bereaved families and also offered prayers for the departed souls.
