GUJARAT, AHMEDABAD | 30th NOVEMBER 2025 — The Coaching Federation of India (CFI), in association with the Federation of Academic Association (FAA) Gujarat, organised the CFI–FAA Shikshak Samman Samaroh 2025 today, recognising educators from across India for their contribution to the field of education. The award ceremony was attended by distinguished teachers, academic leaders, coaching institutions, EdTech contributors, policy contributors, and education entrepreneurs.
Padma Shri Dr. Vishnu Pandya, Chairman of Gujarat Sahitya Akademi, was the chief guest at the ceremony and presented honours to educators whose work has demonstrated impact within their institutions and society. The awards form part of CFI’s nationwide effort to acknowledge academic excellence and promote collaboration among education stakeholders.
Speaking on the occasion, Ashish Gambhir, Director of CFI, said, “This ceremony reflects our firm belief that when teachers grow, the nation progresses. The Shikshak Samman Samaroh is our way of recognising the commitment of educators who work silently but tirelessly to shape young minds. The Shikshak Samman Samaroh was held under the theme “Celebrating Educators, Connecting Institutions, Creating Opportunities”, reflecting CFI’s mission to unite the academic community and strengthen the ecosystem that supports teachers. The event concluded with a renewed commitment to professional development, institutional partnerships, and creating pathways to enhance educational outcomes nationwide.
CFI, established in 2019, has grown into a national body representing educators, coaching institutions, skill-based trainers, EdTech contributors, and academic leaders. The organisation has previously conducted Shikshak Samman Samaroh programmes in multiple places, including Chandigarh and Odisha, recognising hundreds of educators for their service and contribution. The strong participation from educators and educational institutions in Ahmedabad underscores the continued demand for platforms that celebrate teaching excellence and encourage collaboration.
Along with CFI Director Ashish Gambhir, the award ceremony was also attended by CFI Director Saurabh Kumar.
