82,796,840 Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 10 each are outstanding as on date.
The Company proposes to utilise net proceeds from fresh issue of Equity Shares, estimated at ₹4,400 million towardsits working capital requirements and general corporate purposes(collectively, the“Object of Issue”).
