Popularly known as the ‘Hit Machine’ in the Gujarati urban music circuit and credited with laying the foundation of hip-hop culture in regional music, the popular band ‘Aghori Muzik’ is launching its biggest global project, the album ‘Welcome To Gujarat’. This new album has been crafted with the vision of giving Gujarati heritage a fresh, modern identity on the international stage. Along with this grand launch, the Aghori Muzik is also going to officially announce its first major ‘World Tour’, the primary objective of which is to present urban Gujarati hip-hop live before music lovers worldwide, especially non-resident Gujaratis (NRGs). Interestingly, Aghori Muzik has completed 10 successful years in the industry this very month, making this launch even more special for the band and their fans.
In this musical journey that began in the year 2016, Aghori Muzik has delivered more than 100 spectacular original songs so far. The greatest highlight of Aghori Muzik is that its three main artists—Kruz, K.Deep, and Hard-D—completely handle the writing, singing, music composition, and video shooting of all their songs originally by themselves. Melding the dignity of traditional Garba with modern rap beats on a global level, Aghori Muzik is the world’s only official music band to introduce ‘Hip-Hop Garba’.
A total of 14 blockbuster tracks have been included in this upcoming album ‘Welcome To Gujarat’, which will offer listeners an incredible blend of traditional culture and modern Western music. The album majorly features powerful tracks like ‘Hun (Lion’s Roar)’, ‘Charan Kanya’, ‘Na ChhandyaHathiyar’, ‘Kutch – Chandni Ni Chadar’ featuring Diwaliben Ahir, ‘Sathe Krishn, To ShenoPrashn?’, ‘Maanki’, ‘Garba Gheli’, ‘Dummar Dak-6 (Dakla)’, a special track vividly depicting tribal and rural culture titled ‘Something Tribal’, ‘Sona Vatkadi Freestyle’, ‘Juna Juna Jogi’, ‘Girni Kedi Vanki’, ‘Charaj’, and the title track reflecting the main theme of the album, ‘Welcome To Gujarat’. All these songs present the fragrance and diversity of Gujarat’s soil in a global music format.
