Celebrating 25 Years of Academic Excellence with a Grand Convocation Ceremony

GUJARAT, AHMEDABAD | 20th DECEMBER 2025 — Narayana Business School (NBS), Ahmedabad, successfully hosted its grand Convocation Ceremony for the graduating batch of 2023–25, marking a historic milestone as the institution celebrated 25 years of excellence in management education during its Silver Jubilee year.
The ceremony stood as a proud testament not only to the academic achievements of the graduating students but also to the institution’s enduring legacy, dedicated faculty, and strong alumni network. The event was organized under the leadership and guidance of Founder Director Dr. Amit Gupta, Director Mr. S. C. Gupta, Dean – Academics Dr. Purvi Gupta, and Vice President – Growth & Strategy Mr. Vishal Tiwari.
As part of the Silver Jubilee graduating batch, over 540 students were conferred degrees across various specializations, formally stepping into the professional world. With students representing more than 24 Indian states and Union Territories, the convocation marked a significant milestone in their academic journey. Adding special significance to the occasion, the Chief Guest was a distinguished alumnus of Narayana Business School, Ahmedabad, making the ceremony both inspiring and deeply meaningful for the graduating class.
The event commenced with an address by Founder Director Dr. Amit Gupta, who reflected on the institution’s 25-year journey and core philosophy. He stated, “Over the last 25 years, we have focused not only on academic excellence but also on character building. We are confident that our graduates will carry forward the values of integrity, curiosity, and positive impact as they step into the global professional arena.”
The convocation was graced by Mr. Sandeep Bhardwaj, Managing Director & CEO, Paytm Money, who attended as the Chief Guest. His return to campus as a proud NBS alumnus symbolized the full circle of a learning journey shaped by perseverance, leadership, and purpose.
Addressing the graduating students, Mr. Bhardwaj emphasized adaptability and value-driven leadership in an evolving global landscape. He remarked, “The future will demand continuous learning and ethical decision-making. The foundation you build today will define the kind of leaders you become tomorrow. Returning to my alma mater to address this graduating class is an immensely proud and personal moment for me.”
The leadership team also acknowledged the collective efforts behind NBS’s sustained growth over the past 25 years, appreciating the contributions of faculty members, students, alumni, and industry partners who have played a pivotal role in building a robust learning ecosystem rooted in academic rigor and practical relevance.

Poornapragna Anand Pandurangi (PGDM – Quantitative Finance, 2023–25) for outstanding all-round development, leadership, and campus contribution.
Distinguished Achievement Award:
Manan Rakesh Joshi (MBA + PGCE, 2023–25) for consistent excellence and remarkable achievements.
Corporate Excellence Award:
Yesha Sanjaybhai Kakadiya (MBA + PGPGCE, 2023–25) for exemplary professionalism, industry readiness, and corporate engagement.
In addition, Best Student Awards were presented across various specializations, while Service Milestone Awards honored faculty members who have rendered long-standing, dedicated service to the institution since its formative years.
