New Delhi. Upon assuming the role of Chairman of IFFCO Tokio, Shri Dileep Sanghani received a warm welcome from the IFFCO Tokio family during his first visit to the headquarters. On this occasion, IFFCO’s Managing Director Shri K. J. Patel, IFFCO Tokio’s Managing Director Shri Subrata Mondal, IFFCO’s Director (Human Resources & Law) Shri Ramesh Kumar, along with other officials and employees, extended a hearty greeting.
During his visit, Shri Sanghani conducted one-on-one meetings with senior officials of IFFCO Tokio to thoroughly review various works and held in-depth discussions on the organization’s functioning, challenges, and opportunities. He laid special emphasis on enhancing efficiency, strengthening customer service, and adopting technological innovations.
Thereafter, he interacted with employees, engaging in detailed discussions on IFFCO Tokio’s progress, work style, and future plans. During this time, he attentively listened to the employees’ suggestions and described them as extremely important for the organization’s continuous improvement.In his address, Shri Sanghani stated that the success of IFFCO Tokio fundamentally rests on its employees. He further emphasized that in the changing times and era of increasing competition, embracing innovation, digital empowerment, and a customer-centric mindset is essential to make the company’s services more effective and reliable.
