Talgajarda 20th June 2025: Renowned spiritual leader Morari Bapu has extended his tributes to the victims of the devastating plane crash of June 12, and announced a financial assistance of Rs. 51 lakh to the families of those who lost their lives in the tragedy.
The ill-fated flight, en route from Ahmedabad to London, crashed within seconds of takeoff, resulting in the loss of close to 270 lives. The incident is among the worst aviation disasters in the world in the past decade and has shocked the nation.
Moved deeply by the tragedy, Morari Bapu has dedicated an assistance of Rs. 51 lakh for the families of the plane crash victims. The assistance would be delivered to the families of the deceased by Shri Chitrakutdham Trust after getting details from Air India. The financial arrangement has been supported by Ramesh Sachdev, a Ram Katha listener from London.
Morari Bapu, who is conducting the ‘Manas Sindoor’ Ram Katha in Varanasi at present, has offered prayers at the feet of Lord Hanuman for the peace of the departed souls and has extended heartfelt condolences to their families.
Earlier, in a gesture of collective mourning and support for the affected families, Morari Bapu dedicated the bhandara organised in Talgajarda on June 13 to mark the passing away of his wife, Smt. Narmada Ba, to those who perished in the plane crash. Morari Bapu’s acts reflect his lifelong message of empathy and compassion.
