Next, the focus shifts to cakes, including the iconic Jaffa Cake – from zesty orange jelly to fluffy sponge and rich chocolate.
A special episode dedicated to chocolate unveils the science and art of chocolate-making, highlighting the importance of flavour and texture. Viewers witness the meticulous craftsmanship that transforms chocolate beans into delectable bars as they take a visual tour inside the chocolate factory.
