Ahmedabad 23rd December 2024: Ahmedabad’s eminent Intellectual Property (IP) lawyer, Nakul Sharedalal, has been honoured in the prestigious “Gujarat Na Anmol Ratan” Award series. The award, an initiative by ABP News, recognises individuals for their exemplary contributions to the state.
Mr. Sharedalal, who was presented by award by Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghavi, was recognised for his dedication and efforts to advance Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in Gujarat and for his significant role in uplifting the state’s industries in this domain. He has served as the honorary head of IP in numerous state and national chambers of commerce, tirelessly advocating for IPR awareness and education among businesses.
Reacting to the award, Mr. Sharedalal said, “I am extremely happy to receive this recognition. My honorary service to the state has been truly rewarded by this esteemed award. I have worked tirelessly for over a decade to educate the industry about IPR through various chambers, and it is deeply fulfilling to see these efforts being acknowledged. This award will serve as a motivation to intensifying my efforts for IPR awareness.”
A Master of Law from Queen Mary University of London, Mr. Sharedalal has been practising IP law for over 16 years. His illustrious career includes serving as Chairman of Assocham Gujarat’s IPR Council and mentoring national and international industry bodies. He is a regular speaker at various forums, chambers, universities and industry associations, and advocates the importance of IPR in today’s globalised economy.
